Shipping policy

We use Australia Post wherever possible and provide tracking details for all parcels. In the event a parcel is late or missing, we'll provide as much detail as possible to assist in locating it and resolving the issue.

Where orders are larger than what Australia Post is able to carry, we use Team Global Express (formerly Toll).
